Hello Intermediate people ; )!
Remember we've been talking about 'happiness' in class (yes, we are that deep! ; )) and we've had a look at this fantastic video about happiness and talked about the lyrics and tried to sing along... ; )
An exercise I'd like you to do is extract from the video some of the things we can do to be happy! Remember what we talked about in class that the imperative in English is much, much easier than in Spanish! For example 'Follow your instinct!' 'Show yourself'....so we just use the verb without a subject and in the negative we put 'Don't' e.g. 'Don't Follow Your Instinct'
Can you take some of the sentences from the video and write them in the comments box! There is some great advice here and I love it all...how about you?

I think it is important to integrate into our lives, but I forget my many times, and I have to make an effort to integrate them.

I liked the song too.When I listened it in class I loved it, then I looked for this song in Internet and I found the singer Yael Naim. She have other wonderful songs.
Now, when I get up, I put the song “New soul", that encourages me.

ResponderEliminarI think when everything is allright we don't remember these simples advices but when everything goes wrong, that's when we remember these basic but assential tips.
I think it's very important stopping being a victim. I think the life is easier if we are responsables of what happens us. Also I think it's essential for being happy it's try to face your fears. If you can't face them I think It's not possible being happy.
I also think it's very important in life is want to learn anything. If you are curious
you'll never be dead in life.

I think this is a good intentions list like the list you think every New Year. But the life is very stressful. I think we have a little time for thinking about all this important advices, and we forget to integrate into our lives.
